Port City Guest House features lavishly decorated guest rooms, each with their own private baths. All rooms include TVs, phones, work/office space and a host of amenities.
You won't want to miss our daily hot, southern-style breakfast in our main dining room before you start your day of activities in our wonderful seaport town. Special dietary and vegetarian menus are available to accommodate our guests.

Colonial Room

The Colonial Room is designed to bring to mind the days of by-gone years with its overstuffed couch, fireplace, work area and wall of closets.
Located on the south-western side of the house, guests can enjoy the setting sun as it sinks below the skyline.

Oriental Room

The restful Oriental Room with its queen-sized bed situated on the south-eastern side of the home receives the early light of the morning, and has been a favorite room of our returning guests.

Green Room

Our Green Room comes complete with antique baby cradle, private bath, overstuffed couch and recliner.
The largest of all rooms and has been a favorite for couples celebrating anniversaries, honeymoons and other special occasions.

Blue Room

Our Blue Room, sits on the northwestern side of the house and overlooks the back gardens. Appointed with antique double bed and overstuffed chair for two, the Blue Room is a favorite of our business guests. The early riser will be able to see the nature of Wilmington with its red cardinals, bluejays, squirrels, and sometimes (although infrequent) our visiting owl.
