ROOMS & RATES

All rooms are impeccably appointed (with TVs, telephones, and study areas that are quiet and private) to provide the greatest of comfort for our guests. Private baths are available with old world styling and modern day conveniences. Although no smoking is allowed in the home, there are common areas on the porches and in the gardens where smoking is permitted. Off-street parking is also available.

All rooms are $119/night plus tax regardless of how many nights are booked. There is a 2-night minimum stay.

The restful Oriental Room with its queen-sized bed situated on the south-eastern side of the home receives the early light of the morning, and has been a favorite room of our returning guests.

Colonial Room

The Colonial Room is designed to bring to mind the days of by-gone years with its overstuffed couch, fireplace, work area and wall of closets. Located on the south-western side of the house, guests can enjoy the setting sun as it sinks below the skyline.

Green Room

Our Green Room comes complete with antique baby cradle, private bath, overstuffed couch and recliner. The largest of all rooms and has been a favorite for couples celebrating anniversaries, honeymoons and other special occasions.

Blue Room

Our Blue Room, sits on the north-western side of the house and overlooks the back gardens. Appointed with antique double bed and overstuffed chair for two, the Blue Room is a favorite of our business guests. The early riser will be able to see the nature of Wilmington with its red cardinals, bluejays, squirrels, and sometimes (although infrequent) our visiting owl.

All major credit cards are accepted.

Two night minimum stay is required.
