Perched on the Cape Fear River seaport, Wilmington (The Port City of the South) is one of the last great dames of the old south. You may even decide to take the old ghost walk and delve into the some of the exciting history that embodies the heart and soul of southern living.
Wilmington is certainly a city that will call you back to visit over and over.

Port City Guest House is in the old mansion district of Wilmington, just 15 blocks from the heart of downtown. Built in 1915, all of the character and charm has been preserved and we want our guests to feel this is "their home away from home." We are one the most reasonably priced guest home in Wilmington and also provide special weekly rates in addition to our "Gold Member Club" rates.

Port City Guest House features sumptuous guest rooms, lavishly appointed, all rooms include TVs, phones, work/office space and a host of amenities.
Enjoy a hot southern breakfast in our main dining room before you start your day of activities in our wonderful seaport town. Special dietary and vegetarian menus are available to accommodate our guests.

We will either be on the second floor sun room porch where you will find chess and checker games going on. Or on the sprawling front colonial porch with oversized rockers that seem to slow the world down as you watch the traffic flow and parade of walkers while enjoying the calm and serenity of our quaint city.
